Starting in the Summer of 2023 the Jansen Art Foundation will sponsor a smaller local show for local artists in Sidney, Nebraska.
Our dream is to expand this small regional show to 4 times a year, each season. We will invite artists from all the trades to participate for free. Using the Sidney Fine Art Center, built is 1918 is the perfect location to celebrate the love of art. Locate in Sidney's downtown creative district, we hope that this show will be able to grow to a city wide celebration. Start small, but dream big! This is what our foundation has done in other countries for more than 40 years. Come join us!
Our hope is to bring a wide variety to the show. All forms of home decoration will be invited, not just painting. Creative wreaths, jewelry, pottery and so much more!

Hiroshima Japan Paint It Simply Exposition- Hiroshima Peace Park
Our foundation has sponsored over 70 teaching tours throughout Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Our studio educates more than 2,000 students in Asia alone. Here in 2016, we sponsored our largest art show ever at the Hiroshima Peace Park. The room was over 10,000 sq. ft. and we air freighted almost 400 paintings to the event. Joining together with our foundation members from Japan we sponsored a week-long free educational art show. Our foundation has also coordinated events in Paris, France, South America, and Canada.
